LEVEL 2 Award - HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE (1-day Course)
Basics of Health & Safety awareness, plus specific training for individual tasks.
Assessment Format - Multiple-choice exam at end of course
Candidates - Anyone in a work environment.

LEVEL 3 Award - HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE (3-day Course)
Supervisors have a legal and moral responsibility to look after the health and safety of employees. This qualification will enable managers and supervisors to improve the health and safety culture of their organisation.
Assessment Format - Multiple-choice exam at end of course
Candidates - Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers.

LEVEL 4 Award - HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE (5-day Course)
Candidate will develop knowledge to Manage Health & Safety - develop auditing and monitoring programmes, design safe practices and procedures, liaise with enforcement officers and interpret legal requirements, establish risk assessment projects and qualify to named "Competent Person", as required by Law.
Assessment Format - Two assignments and a written examination.
Candidates - Managers, Supervisors, Senior Safety Personnel, Trainers

LEVEL 2 Award - FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (1 day Course)
The Course addresses Food Safety awareness, needs and best practice of individual sectors of food in catering establishments. Reduction in levels of food poisoning cases will only be achieved by the education of food handlers.
Assessment Format - Multiple-choice exam at end of course.
Candidates - All food operatives working in a catering environment.

LEVEL 3 Award - FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (3 day Course)
Training will enable candidate to carry out hygiene audits and assist in hazard analysis programmes, effectively supervise food handlers, help formulate and write hygiene policies, instructions etc., be involved in training, especially one-to-one or on the job training.
Assessment Format - Multiple-choice exam at end of course
Candidates - Chefs, Managers, Supervisors in Catering or Retail outlet.

LEVEL 4 Award - FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (5 day Course)
Candidate will develop knowledge to guide and advise management of food hygiene in food business, identify areas for legal compliance, determine good practice and design improvement plan.
Assessment Format - Two assignments and a written examination.
Candidates - Catering or Quality Managers, Head Chefs, Food Safety Auditors.

FUNDAMENTALS OF HACCP (1 day Course)
Introduction to the concept of HACCP, to develop understanding of and the ability to apply HACCP principles practically in Food and Food related businesses to ensure Food Safety.

PRINCIPLES OF MANUAL HANDLING (1/2 day Course)
Introduction to hazards of manual handling, risks involved and controls available, and what to expect from a Manual Handling Assessment. It encourages delegates to look carefully at their own work activities and contribute to the development of safer methods and tasks.

Candidates - Anyone who carries out manual handling activities at work.

LEVEL 2 Award - PRINCIPLES OF RISK ASSESSMENT (1 day Course)

This qualification is designed to help improve the workplace culture for occupational health and safety. A properly implemented programme of risk assessments can assist in the prevention of injuries, fatalities, property damage incidents and other losses.

SAFE WORKING AT HEIGHTS (1 day Course)
This training is to promote safety wherever employed working at height; to reduce major injuries and accidents from working at heights and ensure compliance with well established safety procedures and current relevant legislation.
Candidates - all persons involved in working at heights.
Professional training in response to spillage of oil, chemicals, food oils. to meet health & Safety legislation and Environmental Regulations. Essential for companies looking to install an EMS (Environmental Management System) or gain ISO 14001 accreditation. Intended for Garages, Port Areas, Marinas, MOT Centres, Paint Shops, Catering outlets, any business involved with hazardous substances.

ADVANCED SPILL RESPONSE (1/2 day Course)
Grounding in Spill Response, with practical element for responders with a 'hands-on' knowledge requirement.
Candidates - all employees working in relevant areas.

SPILL MANAGEMENT & CONTROL TRAINING (1/2 day Course)
Designed to meet needs of personnel who have an on-site responsibility for the organisation and implementation of an EMS.
Candidates - Managers or personnel with this responsibility.
EMERGENCY FIRST AID for Appointed Person (1 day Course)
This course is aimed at providing appointed persons with the required knowledge and understanding of the basic principles to be carried out in the event of an accident in the workplace, and to provide adequate emergency first aid cover, in accordance with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations.

Candidates - All levels of personnel, within a workplace.
FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING (1/2 day Course)
The law requires employees to attain adequate Fire Safety Awareness, and be familiar with the relevant extinguisher in the event of a fire.

FIRE MARSHALL/WARDEN TRAINING (1/2 day Course)
A person that has been allocated Fire Safety responsibilities, made responsible for fire evacuation duties, and familiarisation of each type of extinguisher, should an emergency situation arise. This role is in direct liaison with the Fire Precautions Manager within the company. The course will incorporate all relevant fire safety laws applicable in Gibraltar, including Fire Safety risk assessments.

Candidates - Any person allocated Fire Safety responsibilities within a workplace and Fire Evacuation duties.
